As a runner, there are a few key requirements I have when I'm out with a bum bag.
Firstly it shouldn't move about when running and be comfortable and stable. Secondly the bulk of the bag or the bottle shouldn't get in my way of my elbows when working hard. Thirdly I hate the idea of having to swivel the bum bag around my tum to get into the zipped pocket, for my bar, head torch or keys. Finally, how many times have you had to stop and go back to pick up the fallen bottle - don't you just hate it?
This one does the business in all aspects, very subtly but effectively.
It hugs and stays put, and the waist belt works equally well for females with slender hips, right up to us neanderthal types!
The twin zip arrangement means there are two individual good sized pockets left and right, so you can separate items and so not have your gels mixing with your £20 notes.
The supplied 500ml bottle (bless the Lord) is held in place by shock cord and an extra security loop goes around the neck. Our water filter bottle would sit equally well in the same spot for ultra runners.
