Pockets on rucksack hip belts are some of the most useful and simple accessories one can get. But they need to be just right in size. Too big and they get in the way of your hands and poles when walking, too small and they are next to useless.
These new hip belt pockets from backpackinglight.co.uk incorporate many new features our customers have asked for. Not only will they slide onto a webbing belt, they will also clip onto any trouser belt or waist using the two clips on the rear, and hold firm. (Making them ideal for running too)
There is also a loop which is 70mm deep which will allow most rucksack hip belts to slide through and the pocket held in place.
Two strong clips 50mm deep clamp onto a belt or trouser hem. It can also be used as a chest pouch, as it will clip onto the chest harness!
A double zip has been added, making it easy to access from your left or right as you see fit.
A small loop has been put at each end which either enables the rucksack harness to either go through the loop, or using a small clip, tie to it, therefore preventing it sliding along the belt when taking the rucksack off.
This pocket is certainly big enough for hat, gloves, gels, camera, gps, snacks etc. A pair would be ideal.
